Chicken Noodles

My dragon-pony OC, one of them at least. He's around CMC age (maybe a bit older or younger? Haven't decided yet). In the universe he's from dragons have gone extinct, so he was part of an experiment to recreate dragons. The scientists didn't have enough dragon DNA though, so they substituted what was missing with pony DNA.
